The boogie down Bronx used to be known as the "burnt down" Bronx in the 70's. Sanitation strikes , arson , 77 blackout etc... were all contributing to the Bronx being in really bad shape. Today the Bronx looks nothing like this. Hard to believe that anything good could of come out of this...but it did. God Bless the Bronx! Shout outs to Mr. Wiggles from Rock Steady Crew.
